Dont quote me on this, i dont think we're going to regulate the speedos for right now. Run what you have.

My point on the chassis is this, I do not think any other chassis other than the Trinity chassis should be allowed to race in this class. Chassis like Bolink,Associated to name a couple should not be allowed, this is the reason we had a 1 1/2 year discussion about what kind of cars to run, so we would be running the same chassis, motor, battery combo. We decided to go with the Trinity car and follow the rules Trinity has for tunning and how much mods can be allowed to the car, but just because Trinity allows different chassis into there endorsed races does not mean we have to at our track. It does not matter if you buy a car thru the club or E-bay or the garage sale down the street, just so it is the Trinity spec chassis.

Mine is the Trinity, and I looked it over pretty good and everything is according to the rules, tried it out in the living room(probably not the best idea) and it is pretty cool--
as for the speed control, on mine I have the futaba mc 230 cr which I think is within all binding rules.
I will be there this Thursday with it for everyone to see and the governing body can check it for legalities allthough as far as I can tell it's well within the legal rules.

I guess I am going to have to agree with Greg on this one. He brings up a couple of good points, and I think we should stick with what we decided to go with (that being Trinity's spec car.

I have never seen one of these things even in pictures so I am also anxious to get my hands on it!!

No speed control will be denied this year but next year when we get serious about a series with these cars we may stick to the rules on what you can run. One other thing if we find a weak link in these cars I for one would be in favor of making a rulling that would benifit everyones cars. They are pretty basic and should be very durable. 8)

Trinities first rule should be to make delivery on time!!!!

I've been lookin and lookin at those rules and so far I havn't found nothin on my car that breaks them, there dosn't seem to be to many weak links yet allthough I aint run it, it is set up A LOT LIKE the 12th scale, it is very very light w/out the battery and a very simple set-up (thank god). I-- and everyone else will see next week because I WILL be there to run it but the only problem I can see is gettin traction.
Hopefully you guy's can help me dial this thing in since I never have run even a lap on carpet, granted no one else has one of these yet I think we can all figure this out since it will be in a lot of others interest. I guess I will be kind of a ginny pig but it's ok with me, I like to be the first one to try something..
I will be tryin to join the club, and buy a persoal transponder soon if not this week. but so much too spend and so little money...

Here is 2 other ones I found, if no one else wants one I might buy one for part's so please respond so we don't bid against each other, I have not bid on either and will gladly like someone else bid if they are interested. Right now they are both sitting at under $40 . Here is the #'s
5960914648
5961541009
Take a looksy, I am not even going to think about bidding til the end so bid away if you want, just stay in touch as it would suck to bid against each other.

Can we spec truck bodies for this class?... This year is basically gone for points in that class, and if we are going to do that we should let people know so that they can get ready for next season at their leisure.
