Looks like I will have a class to run in next year after all 8) I was getting worried for a while there, I know we talked about runnin theses things in a parking lot but what are the odds that when everybody gets them and get's them all set-up we could do a one time carpet race somewhere somehow--I just hate to tear up the tires on pavement..but if it has to be pavement I do have a set of tires I can tear up..

Checked UPS tracking today and they are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Trinity called again today and said they have 12 more kits if we are interested in anyothers. Best I know we have 8 of these sold now.

There should be some to buy, but they won't go for sale until we get all the pieces Trinity promised.

Good news the kits are now complete. The bodies showed up today and they are Status Sedan bodies, 190mm with all the stickers and window mask. Now that took some time. Lets get one togeather so if there is an interest in getting more we can place an order and maybe get them just before the snow flies!!! :P

If we need more batteries we should get a list togeather so they can be ordered this fall also.

OK I know this is dirt season, but here is a list of spec car owners sold for next winter. Josh Gutowski, Dan Vesel, Gregg Menor, Mike Johnson, Jim Nelan, Gary Pauna, Jammie Pauna, Joe Serol, Wade Christanson, Chris Anderson, Mike Compton. Only one kit left so if you want to get into this class let me know so they can be ordered. Trinity says they now have some in stock. Or shop E Bay like Jim did and you will just have to make sure it is still legal for the class rules.

Should be fun
Gary

The club will order spair parts after we get some put together and get a feel for the beakage factor. I know they are pretty indestuctable right Jim.

I know that we have stratus bodies but what are everyones thoughts on running truck bodies?? I for one would like to see a class running truck bodies just for the cool factor, everyone runs sedan bodies lets be differant and run trucks!!

Lets hear what everyone thinks so that we can make a decision and order so that we have them by the time we need them come winter time, we all know how Trinity works right?????

I think we should be able to run anything we want as long as it IS SPEC LEGAL according to the rules, after running both bodies I found no advantage to runing truck vs car bodies and some may still like the sedan body look and some like the truck body....I for one like the truck body for the bling bling look but I think at least for the first year anything spec legal should go....then if we see an advantage go from there?

The body will be whatever our group decides and no others allowed just like IROC. I for one want the truck bodies too but Trinity does not have any we would have to pick one from somewere else and everyone will run the same body no mix and match! For me thats three classes I run and three different body styles to model. 8)
