Setup question and answer thread

I 'm starting this thread so that we can start getting everybodies vehicles up to speed and that should help improve peoples driving skills. also this way other guys like greg m. and josh and myself can answer your questions online while your at home working on your cars(hopefully) and not trying to make drastic changes at the track. we'll try to answer your questions on motors, chassis setups, batteries and chargers, and any other stuff related to this hobby.

How do you fit a 19 turn armature in a stock can with bearing?

Same size can, just replace the bushings with bearings. oops, Ishouldn't have told you that

Question #2 When should I hit someone? Going into a turn or coming out........which can I do without being called a hack! O wait I meant tap someone.......

Please help! One more........if my 12th scale spins uncontrolable should I A: throw it in the nearest trash B: spin to the right or left C soak the entire car in traction compound D: actually learn how to set up a car. (thats to much work) E: Give it to Tim and let him fix it! So many questions.........

You must never bend the rules no matter how much you want to......Leave that to the more experienced racers!

and no matt this not a thread on how to cheat, its a thread on how to set your vehicles so you can go faster, learn to drive better and hopefully 20 yrs down the road end up on the same lap as me.

Tammia Boy did you set yourself for that one! just about as much finness as one of your passes! It is a good idea to always help the new and old racers that way the frustation level will stay low and they will probably come back to race. There was some real good racing on Monday night and more important than that there was a lot of laughter, way to go everyone thats the way it suposed to be, and yes Tim you drove a very good race.
