I think it would be a great idea if we squeezed in a track clean up night this week.Lots to do before we get company(Fair frenzy).

I'm available TUE,WED, We could even fire up that brand new grill
Gary's got a big list of things to do so we won't be bored.

I am off all week and would be willing to help. I have volleyball Wednesday night but other than that I am available.

Jake and I will be up there from 10-5 on tuesday. I'll bring the wheeler and harrow to try and smooth out ruts.

I'll be there Tuesday then to help out. Not sure what time exactly but I'll try to be there for most of it.

i can be up there at some point on tuesday to help.

Talked to Hammer, Tue's great weather permitting .we will probably be up there Wednesday also. Tuesday night some track changes will be made.
The two impound tables need attn. table top edge can come off ,new 1 x 4s
put on and then painted.

Track boarders need a white wash.Don't know if there is much paint up there

The grass needs to be mowed.

Weed whacking.

Scrap pile needs to be straightened,some of the crap lumber can be burned.

Gary talked about a rack being built under the ramp to keep stuff out of the mud.

Track boarder pipe stacked neatly.

Floor of drivers stand still muddy from Thursday.

There should be enough paint in the box for one more coat of paint also have to repaint the floor on the drivers stand. I wont make it up there till wednesday work late on tuesday.

Plan on being there tue (weather permitting) with bobcat we are going to need plenty of help.

We want to put on a good showing for our guest so let's get the track maintenance done so we can all enjoy ourselves before they get here.

I will see if sara and destiny want to go up. I would come up by myself on the bike, but only have my permit so far and cannot drive on the interstate, and cannot drive half hour before dark. chances should be good.
