The track is not permanent. We role out 4, 12 'x 100' roles of carpet and lay out square PVC tubing for the course for every event.

Schedule for 2011-12 will soon be posted.

We will make final class decisions at our fall club meeting, so far this is what I have.

Thursday nights
1/12th stock, Stock Sedan, Spec Class, Novice, Mini Cooper and possible Tras Am.

Sundays
1/12th stock, 1/12th open, Stock Sedan Spec Class, Novice, Mini Cooper, Trans-Am, possible slash if there is interest.

Changes being talked about Rubber sedan, 10.5 limit on 1/12th open, Spec tires on Cooper.

Looks like I wont be attending the first club race Nov. 10th, I have a dinner party to go to, may show up latter though. Have Fun =)

A lot more fun when people show up. The racing was a blast to watch!!

We will be setting up the track on Saturday March 17th at the Armory for the race on Sunday March 18th. I will be there at 8:00 to open the door.

On Saturday Mark and I got the tables cleaned up at the armory and put away the scoring table for the season. Turned in the key for the armory on Tuesday and had a nice talk with Sgt. Hanson. He says there should be no changes for next year and expects us to be back. He says now that everyone is at home they will have a set schedule that we can plan around and he gave me a new lease agreement for next year. So it looks like we have not worn out our and that is good for all the on road racers that race with us. The money we raised at the 950th fundraiser will be used for there family picnic that will be held in July at Pateson Park and they and us would like to thank all the racers that participated in our annual first carpet race.

Now lets get some dirt racing in.

im looking to get into carpet racing this winter. and im kinda wondering what classes and all that good stuff you guys run or what could use more people. i dont have any cars yet, but i figure the sooner i know the more time i have to prepare for the season. so many nfo would be great im new to the carpet racing world, but it seems like alot of fun and something to take up some time durring the long cold winter

Our scheduled races are Thursdays and Saturdays, not sure where you're seeing Fridays. I'm get the classes posted.

The calendar for 13-14 shows racing on Fridays too?

I checked the schedule at the DECC , it shows the Motorhead Madness dates to be 3/21,22,23 -2014

I'll do that either today or tomorrow. I know the dates for the motorhead madness were not set in stone yet

Which month were you referring to for the 13-14? Motorhead madness dates have been fixed and flyer added.
