Lake Superior R/C Club

Finally got my VTA together ( been sitting on the work bench since this time last year). I'm looking for a little help with gearing. What pinion and spur are a good starting point? It is a TC4 with the Trinity Duo motor and Hobby Wing 1s speedo.

Try a 73 spur and pinions between 57 and 61, that should be all you will need.
