I did pull the trigger on the vta. I put the 12 together too however it has enough issues that even Menor said I might need a new car. I did find out that shocks are optional in 12th scales though

If I can find a tub chassis tc3 or tc4 for cheap I will probably run the vta class. Hard to find something like that in good shape though.

At this point I am strongly considering the vta instead... I like running offroad on fridays and then I can just have one onroad car for the weekend races... well that and mini cooper but that doesnt count

If mini cooper was to switch to brushless this would be a great way to test those motors and speedos for the spec trucks next year. Would the club consider ordering the motors and speedos and keeping them in stock for the mini coopers too?

they have a misfit class on Thursday nights that will allow you to run either car. It is a run anything we don't have class usually has a few 4x4 slashes or monster trucks in it.
