MISFITS

Post by mikesbrother »

Those cars are fun to watch, when your on the side line. Not so much for the corner marshals.
I wouldn't suggest cutting their speed down but,A BLACK FLAG RULE to any car that launches and hits a corner marshal .The car gets shut off and set down till the end of the race.Driver cannot retrieve till race is over.

Wiita said, "really enjoy watching the mayhem". The people corner marshaling this class probably don't feel this way.

I think it should be a one lap penalty if you hit a corner Marshall that's not on the track

That's not really a deterrent. A guy might run a cleaner race if he knows he will get taken off.

I don't like the idea of them being turned off for the race. 1 lap penalty should be enough.

If someone is driving stupid enough to hurt a corner marshall their car should be pulled off the track. Our priority should be that everyone makes it home in one piece after a night of fun at the track.

Talked to all the Misfit drivers about being aware of the corner marshals and stressed staying between the tubes to them hopefully that will help.

If we are only going to have three 1/8 scales they should be running in the Misfit class.
