Thanks John for the reminder for those that were not at the track on Thursday. This will be a quick meeting to go over some of the classes and schedule for the upcoming carpet season. Once we finish the Chill On The Hill race we will have a meeting scheduled and awards for the past season. It is also a makeup race for June 21st if I got it right.

I asked Gary last Thursday and he said there was no racing tomorrow. Just the meeting.

I really appreciate the short notice considering I don't know if I will be able to make it and I expect there to be changes to one of the classes I run. It's too bad no one posted this last week since everyone that raced last Thursday found out about it.

If it happens to matter, my opinion is Spec Truck should go brushless. Trans-Am does not matter to me (17.5 1s or 25.5 2s). But i am sure it does not.

I anounced at least 4 times at the Sept 13ths race that we will have a short meeting to let racers know what the schedule will be and to go over the classes we are considering running for the winter season. I also anounced that we would race to makeup a rain date and if the weather was bad I would let you know if the meeting was going to be at the speedway concession stand or the Armory. So Here Is What I Brought Up.

Chill On The Hill Event and pre registration for a sweatshirt. (10th anniversary)
Season schedule will be posted as soon as it is approved by the National Guard...
If the Slash Spec truck want to run we will run them on the rug...
Gave the options for consideration on Sedan class based on what other tracks are running...
1/12 scale no change as of this time... (same as we ran last year)
Trans Am. MMR rules as of this time... (same as we ran last year)
Spec Class No change... (same as we ran last year)
Mini Cooper... (did not discuss)
No class changes were made just information on what is going on in our racing comunity and that was the intent. I posted that there will be a club meeting after the Chill On The Hill Race to finalise the season and schedule for the carpet season.
Most important I anounce at the meeting that on Wednesday night we officaly got a 10 year lease for the only track LSRCC has the fair grounds in Proctor, MN.

Weather was a little dicey but we cheated mother nature again and got the race off. Thanks everyone that raced the summer points season and come join us for the last race of the year The Chill On The Hill.
