L.S.R.C.C.'s Off-Road Dirt Track!!

Thanks to the dedicated few that helped with the track change today, Mike had a dream and we had to help him sleep at night and got most of it done today. We do have a few things left to finish and will be up at noon tomorrow so if you can spare some time it would be nice to see some different faces help out.. We have out of town racers coming to race with us the next two weekends and it would be nice to put our best foot forward and get it ready for weekend racing.

Hey guys..

I just moved to Virginia, MN. I am trying to find some information on the track, and would like to help work on it if there is still work to be done to start off the season!

Do you have club races? If so is there a class for 1/8th electric?

We race on thurs. nights, I believe the first night is 23rd, however with the late winter Mother Nature dropped on us, we are waiting for the snow piles to melt. The track is located at the proctor fairgrounds on boundary ave.

At the track last night (5-22-13) to look over the track condition from all the rain and I found we have been vandalized once again. This time some low life cut and stole the speaker wires for the sound system and also stole the spare wire we had for making additions or repairs. So with that said there will be no racing tonight. Mike will be up there and depending on how the track condition is some track repairs maybe made and possibly run on it, but I would stay off the track if it is too soft because it just makes more work once it dries out with foot prints and car ruts. Its always a wait and see game with trying to get racing going in May, lots of racing scheduled for the summer and working on one more special weekend event that we are going to do once we have all the details.

Got the new speaker wire routed into the box and will be up sometime late on Wednesday to finish the wire repairs.
Will be picking some paint and stain help would be great once I get it.
