work to be done before the race season starts and weather premits.

Track boarders need painting inside and out. (no paint on the treated suport posts, must stay as they are)
Pickup guarbage all around the track area, should sort and organize scrap material we keep.
Fold up tarps and store.
Organize old tubes and throw out short or cut up unusable tubes, pile organize tubes we are going to keep, like we used for the horse arena.
Restack RR ties in one pile.
Cleanup burn area and pick up nails.
Throw out old tarp (green) laying rolled up in dirt by the usual outhouse spot.
Hook up water lines and test pump and plumbing for leaks.
Take down window covers on scoring booth and store. Not just dropped inside the box to step over.
Take snow fence off power outlet posts and store.
Pit lane paint looks good, but the table attached to the box could use paint.
Hang race posters stored in box. Need a stapler for this.
level spot for new food building if a machine is going to be on site. Building 16'X10'
Stain railings on scoring booth. Thats were I left off.
On the slope to the west of the drivers stand go down and pick up any garbage that is ours. (poster garbage cans)

Thanks for any help we can get.

Gary

I will add more later

We could use some help at the track this evening. Track needs some rain damage repaired so we can treat it tomorrow. Grass needs to be mowed. And railing still need staining. Any help would be appreciated.

For those of you who did not see the post on Facebook last night, please stay off of the track until further notice. I sprayed 600 gal of resin/water mixture last night and it needs time to cure. The top is getting hard but it's still not cured underneath. I have warning tape strung across the track, if the tape is still out there it's not ready to run on. The longer it cures the better the surface will be.

Thank you for your patience.
