Track work?

Post by Tronfrom218 »

I would be more than happy to help with rebuilding the track if I knew when others were planning on working. So I propose this be the tread where we can find out or volunteer

Once again Mother Nature has put a damper on track work. If the forecast is correct we may be able to get on it tomorrow or Wednesday eavening. There is a little raking to do, put tubes down and uncover the windows on the scoring booth. Any help would be appreciated so we can race on Thursday.

Thanks

Joe

Track work?

The whole track needs to be packed still before raking is needed. The front straight needs a lot of work and none of the jumps are firm or shaped, there is still a lot to get done.

The track is too wet to roll.

The head honcho hasn't rung in yet but I'm assuming if we have decent weather, Thursday will be a track work night.

The track is not going to be perfect but it can be raceable... I'll be there between 4 and 4:30 tonight
