Ok, picked up an AE B5 buggy, Any tire recommendations?

Hey guys, I grabbed an Associated B5 buggy. I know off road season is coming to an end but better late than never.

Any tire recommendations for the Proctor track?

Also, what transponder do I need?

Any help would be awesome guys.

I cant help you on tires, But any Mylaps transponder works with our decoder. If you wanna get your feet wet we rent them on race nights at the club, $5 per event.

I have plenty of buggy tires I would be willing to offload. As far as what works it varies based on track condition. If the weather allows us to race this week, i'll be up at the track and have lots of tires with me in my trailer. Stop by and take a look.

Ok I have everything FINALLY except a transponder.

I'll be there tomorrow (8/31)

I ordered a set of GENSACE batts from my distributor but they MAY not make it there by tomorrow.

Even if they don't show up, I'll still come and watch!

That was pretty fun to see. One guy managed to finish the race with his buggy body sticking straight up half the race. That is dedication! I'll be back next week with my car.
